Our residence is small, which makes it easier to build personal relationships with all residents and fosters a pleasant family-like atmosphere. However, we have prioritised SPACIOUS rooms and diverse areas to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With a maximum of 20 students, the residence occupies two entire floors of the building located at 76 Fernando el Católico, with a total area of 450 m². On the 5th floor, you’ll find 11 single rooms and 5 double rooms, the shared bathrooms, and a cosy lounge to relax or watch TV with your companions. On the 6th floor, we have the dining room, a study room, the kitchen, and the housekeeper’s quarters. We also offer a large terrace-solarium that our residents can enjoy at any time. The ESTUHOME residence is located in the heart of Madrid’s student area, close to prestigious universities such as Comillas (ICADE - ICAI), CUNEF, CEU, SAINT LOUIS, UNIVERSIDAD COMPLUTENSE, and UNIVERSIDAD CAMILO JOSÉ CELA… some of which are within walking distance.

The Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) is just a 15-minute walk away, and the Universidad Politécnica is even closer to your doorstep. Galdós offers comfortable accommodation for over 300 students, with excellent transport links to all of Madrid. Plaza de España is a short metro ride away, where you can explore all the iconic sights of the capital. Looking to unwind after a day on campus? Spend the late afternoon relaxing in our private gardens. This outdoor space is exclusively for our residents. All residents at Galdós can study here in private at any time of day. If you prefer to work with others, you can invite guests to share the space and study together. At Yugo, your security is our priority. The property has secure entrances and exits, so only residents can enter or exit unless guests are invited. You can trust that your belongings are safe during your stay. Additionally, all residents enjoy three meals a day, free super-fast Wi-Fi, and access to all communal areas in the building.
