The food is homemade, and there is a dining service every day, including Sundays. All expenses are included—yes, you read that right—so you won’t have any surprises at the end of the month. From here, everything is nearby: the faculties, libraries, the streets of downtown Salamanca... and it’s very well connected too: there is a bus stop just before reaching the Plaza Mayor, which is also very close. Even if you are studying at a faculty located on the campus, living in downtown Salamanca is still a great option: here, distances are very short, and it’s a real advantage to live in the center. It is a mixed student residence located in the heart of Salamanca, from where you can easily reach the city’s universities. The residence is next to the well-known La Alamedilla Park. All rooms are single, with a private bathroom, very bright, and fully equipped. Additionally, it offers high-speed internet, homemade full-board meals every day, room cleaning service, laundry, parking for cars and bicycles, security, and more. Plaza Mayor is located in the heart of Salamanca, and LOS BANDOS UNIVERSITY HOME is just 1 minute away, between Zamora Street (one of the most important and central streets in the city), where you can shop and enjoy the stores, restaurants, and monuments to visit, along with the historic Plaza Los Bandos. There is no other residence in such an iconic and protected building with such a prime location to host university students. We are located next to most of the faculties, which is why we have been expanding due to high demand. It is elegant, central, bright, and offers unique views.
